Southampton Pride is run entirely by volunteers - no one on our team is paid, and the event simply wouldn’t happen without the dedication of our incredible Pride Family.
Join The Family
We’re always looking for new volunteers to help us deliver one of the South’s most loved LGBTQIA+ events.
No matter your background or experience, there’s a place for you – and we’ll do our best to match you with a role that suits your interests.
We need support across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with a variety of shifts available. Whether you enjoy engaging with the public, working behind the scenes, fundraising, or helping keep the space safe and tidy, we’d love to have you on board. Not a fan of big crowds? We also have quieter roles during setup and pack-down.
You’ll never be alone – you’ll be part of a supportive, welcoming team and make new friends along the way.
