Southampton Pride Daytime

Southampton Pride Street Party

We were delighted to have so many wonderful acts performing for pride in 2016, and you can view the images from last years’ acts and performers in the galleries section. This year we will have 12 hours of exciting live entertainment and acts which will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.

We are planning on building on what we had in 2016, and are currently planning who will be performing on the day. If you want to perform, you can come and take part in the Talent Race auditions which are taking place at the Stage Door from 26th – 31st March. To view the event, go to the Fringe section.

The music will start at 11am, and the live acts from midday – going right through to 11pm! Don’t miss the daytime entertainment which will build on what we had last year, including some amazing local talent.

Please be aware that the only alcohol to be consumed must be purchased on site from the various drinks concessions and The Stage Door and MUST NOT be taken outside of the West Marlands Road / Guildhall Square area. There is a strict alcohol drinking ban in public areas in Southampton City Centre, so we are very lucky to have been granted an alcohol license for pride this year. Please ensure that you behave responsibly and help us make Southampton Pride 2017 the best it can be and ensure that it comes back year after year!

Safety for you and all the other pride goers is paramount, that is why there will be a police and LAGLO presence at the event, as well as paramedic cover and licensed security staff – so please seek advice or help should you require it.

Anyone behaving irresponsibly or drunk and disorderly will be asked to leave the area. Please endeavour to respect your fellow pride goers! This is a family and dog friendly event where all are welcome!
